There was an advertised restaurant at the Inn which was closed. I am assuming since the covid onset. I would have prepared better for our stay had I known that I would not have restaurant service. The cafeteria food had changed drastically since my last stay and was very confusing and disappointing. I could not get the soup that was supposed to be available and all other selections seemed to be not of my tastes. I did like the mac & cheese with cauliflower. A spa was also mentioned that I did not locate. I don't think there was one there.

First and foremost, the staff were amazing! Everyone was so nice and friendly. Special mention: Gigi, I do believe she is an angel in disguise! The property is connected to the hospital, which is why we chose it. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. There are some small shops within walking distance and we were able to find things that we forgot and ran short of during our extended, unplanned trip.

Gina

The room was clean. I would say walking to Pike Place was not difficult. There are some restaurants that are within walking distance. The only challenge coming back, from anywhere downhill, was the steep slope up to the property. Overall, it was a great time spent there if you're looking for just a place to stay for your vacation in Seattle.

The housekeeping and maintenance staff were very helpful, as I was there for surgery at VM. The front desk staff...not so much. Housekeeping staff were very sweet! Maint. staff helped with our luggage and wouldn't accept a tip. Room was generous and clean. Charming old hotel.

Maggie

Pretty much everything about my experience from the check in to the elevator and the roof top terrace. The location is fabulous with interesting eateries close by, and a walk down Spring St. takes you to Elliott Bay. Even the hike back up was enjoyable.
